How to Submit Feedback or a Grievance

You may reach out to us through any of the following channels:

In Person: Visit the Administrative Office, Government Dental College & Hospital, Jalgaon, during working hours (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays)
Written Complaint: Complaints may also be submitted in writing and dropped in the Suggestion/Complaint Box located at the hospital reception and OPD area

What You Can Report

– Complaints regarding hospital services, OPD/IPD experience, or staff behaviour
– Concerns related to academic administration or student services
– Issues with website content, broken links, or accessibility barriers
– Suggestions for improving facilities or services
– Complaints related to delays in response under the Right to Service (RTS) Act or Right to Information (RTI) Act

Information to Include

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please include:
– Your full name and contact details (phone/email)
– Date and department/section concerned (if applicable)
– A clear description of the issue or suggestion
– Any supporting documents, if relevant (bills, prescriptions, reference numbers, etc.)

Grievance Redressal Process

1. Acknowledgement – Every grievance received is acknowledged.
2. Review – The concerned department/officer reviews the matter and investigates as needed.
3. Resolution – A response or resolution is communicated to the complainant on working days.
4. Escalation – If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to the Dean’s office or the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Mumbai
