The Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Government Dental College & Hospital, Jalgaon is dedicated to excellence in undergraduate dental education, patient care, research, and community service. The department is responsible for the diagnosis, prevention, and surgical management of diseases, injuries, infections, and disorders affecting the oral cavity, jaws, face, and associated structures.
\nThe department provides comprehensive undergraduate clinical training in oral surgical procedures, enabling students to develop sound theoretical knowledge, clinical competence, and professional ethics. Emphasis is placed on patient safety, evidence-based practice, infection control, pain management, and compassionate patient care.
